You can also enjoy Tour de France without the grusome road accidents by just watching “ The Triplets of Belleville .” Also recommended: the movie soundtrack . Hey guys! So, it’s the Tour de France this month, and I’m totally, totally addicted (as I am every July). I’m paying for a month’s worth of sports-channels on cable just so I can tune in every day. It’s thrilling to watch, but so HORRIFYING when they take these terrible spills off the side of the road. This is such a scary sport sometimes and even if you’re a well-trained athlete in perfect racing shape, you can still fall off the side of the road. Luck is as much a part in it as anything else. What does that have to do with finance? Nothing, really. But I encourage everybody to start watching, it’s just 10 days in and you have the whole rest of the month for all of the real-life excitement. One of my bucket list things is to go to France during Tour de France to cheer them along by the side of the road. I may or may not dress up like the devil when I am doing this. I don’t want to steal this guy’s shtick. Anyway! First, a few links featuring ME! Here’s their recently-published compilation of interesting (and bizarre) frugal things other Dads have done. Brigitte Bardot does her own little Tour de France.
